3. Unorganised : 2582 ++ 6 % are not interested to Join the Union Balance of about 2427 non members

4. B ACKGROUND & NEED Target to Organise atleast 50% of youth by end December 2015 Project is essential as Collective Agreement has Expired on 31/12/2014 and we are going to start negotiations in July 2015, hence is the right time in order to have a better bargaining power/voice
