Good Friday, Ramadan, etc

3 Job Search/Interviews Business cards with date and position client is seeking Letter-if employer is willing to provide a letter Application Job Search Lead form Job Fair flyer

4 WEP Site WEP site attendance must be completely filled out. Mistakes by the site supervisor must be corrected and initialed by him or her. WEP site attendance faxed weekly each Friday Missed WEP days must have supporting Documentation

5 Excuse Documentation Do’s Original copies submitted to CM Making copies for clients Supporting documentation is due the following day Clients call CM to notify of scheduled appt or Emergency Clients should leave a message if CM is not available Letter head must include: Date, Time of appt, Name, Service agency’s name, address and telephone number, service provider’s name Documentation for Child/Parent/Spouse must have clts name on document Fax should include cover sheet with Cm name Don’ts White out Write over’s Copies submitted Handwritten (exception if legible and all pertinent info included) Notes from neighbors, friends, and parents Late documentation (I.e. 1 week late)
