Getting bigger After five weeks the tadpole changes it starts to grow hind legs and front legs

Froglet Over time the tadpole sheds its skin and lips, its mouth gets bigger, its tail gets shorter and its lungs begin to work.

Adult frog Eleven weeks later the tadpole becomes a frog. The frog lives mostly on land and will go for an occasional swim and it begins to eat insects and worms.
