Mirror – one of you wrote I realized Mirror needs attention Felt a sense of accomplishment after the mirror was cleaned and shining Felt an environment of positive energy in my room – Spark I began with a “hello” to myself Realized I need to take care of my health Initially I felt awkward to look at myself in the eyes Then I felt the need to smile and carry a relaxed posture I began appreciating myself I made funny faces and wanted to see how I look – that made me smile and began to laugh more It was a wonderful exercise to know myself more I said Thanks to the mirror

Integrate Have Goals and Prioritize them Examine, Create and Align your Values Develop positive attitudes and aptitudes Mold your behavior – prepare and persevere Balanced Existence to enable you to reach the Spiritual goal with material support Become a human first and spiritual next Service to the self first, society next Use the tools wisely and grow continuously
