Suggestions on practising traditional games and sports by students, parents. Encouraging young people to play sports in their early years, playing sports with family, using daily things to playing sports without buying an expensive equipment, (for example: bike, aerobic), taking part and encouraging local people to sports events. Schools should organize joint sports events with students, teachers and parents: hiking, competitions, mass cross, outdoor games. Construction of suitable sports facilities, placing the basketball boards and outdoor fitness equipment available to all, who wish to enjoy sports and recreation. To organise more general sport activities for students and parents; backpacking activities; to talk about healthy life with parents and students. I would arrange a school project where Students and their grandparents would be involved in “mixed aged” competitions. They should compete in different activities / sports, both old and new sports/hobbies. They should be each others’ teachers in order to share knowledge and create a bridge between two apparently distant generations.

Can the Erasmus + project improve your knowledge of English? Interpretation of results: The results show us that Erasmus + partnerships help foreign language learning, improve ICT skills and foster intercultural awareness in schools. A large majority of students and teachers had the chance to improve their language skills. 45% of teachers have improved their knowledge of English on very good level, 34% on good level and 14% on average. Language learning helped us to change our attitudes and personal believes towards other communities and cultures.
13
Can the Erasmus + project increase the knowledge of the different cultures and help you to adapt to different realities? Interpretation of results: The results show us that the teachers have discovered new cultural horizons in the European community. The working meetings are very useful for the joint work on the project and its aims. The communication face to face gives great opportunities to feel specific culture, to visit the schools, to see the exhibitions, to get acquainted with a large range of teachers and pupils, parents and local communities. The teachers have mentioned quite a lot of things they found out about the partner schools and local customs in the hosting countries. Probably these are the reasons why 89% of the teachers answered that the project was worth the effort.
14
Can the Erasmus + project improve your ability to work in team? Interpretation of results: By idea exchange with our colleagues from partner schools we have the opportunity to apply something different, interesting for the pupils that motivates them and helps them to get knowledge and skills. This leads to the use of new methods and the better quality of educational process. Working in a team environment typically involves collaborating with others to solve problems and develop innovative solutions. The Erasmus + project has intensified teamwork within the school. According to the respondents teamwork between the partner schools has been an extremely important component of the success of the project work. 49 % of the teachers gave “5” and 35 % gave “4” in this question.
