3. Development principle BetterWorld Cameroon (BWC) is organized to run as an ecological business incubation hub, which does not have a central command. As a result, members can create projects which have not been planned or agreed centrally as long as they are within the “Spirit of Ndanifor” remit and they have the support of other members. The system requires people to enter details of their micro project plans. The Development coordinators ensure feedback is collected to relate the full sustainability principle with certainty.
