23. ILS Initiative Project Outcomes for Ball State University 1. Increase number of active learning classrooms, minimum 1 classroom per academic building. 2. Increase number of faculty becoming competent in active learning pedagogy. 3. Sustain ILS Faculty Development Program by enrolling at least 1 faculty member from each college, per cohort. 4.
