Assessment methods Observe Behaviour Observe Performance on Set Task(s) Oral Question & Answer Paper & Pencil Questions Test, Examination One-off – Collections; On-demand – Prepared Many methods: all strong & weak; but match the GOALS Hairdressing via essays or performance?
