Sending an email with 2 attached documents & at high importance You need 2 files for the task. Open a word document, save it is Artist1. Save another as Artist2. This files will be used in this task. Open your e-mail account and start a new email message, titled Artist (place the title in your subject box) and set the email to HIGH importance (!). Write this text in your message; Dear Sir I have enclosed the Artist search results to this email. From Your name Now attach the files Artist1 and Artist2. Screenshot your email message and paste it into your PowerPoint. Make sure we can see you are sending an email. Then send to your teacher. A02 Email

Receiving an email with an attachment Your teacher will reply to your email. The email will have a document attached. When you get the email, open it and screen shot the email message. This must show that your teacher has sent you an email with an attachment. A02 Email

Forwarding an email Forward the email your teacher sent you to someone else in the room – include a message and title, for example, the message could be ‘For your information’ and the title ‘Downloadable Tunes’. Take a screen shot before and after you send it. A02 Email

Sending an email to multiple people (cc and bcc) Now create a new email. Put Downloadable Tunes as the header (Subject Box) and set it to low importance. Write the following in your email, the information about the artists was very useful thank you. Include a to and from, etc. In the To: box type your teachers email address and put another email address in the CC box and another in the BCC box. Take a screen shot and click send. A02 Email

CC and BCC Explain what CC and BCC are and how they should be used. Give examples of how each might be used in a business. It might be a good idea to use the internet! A02 Email
