2. P Procedure  Do the research first  Verify the part is correct for your application, then check it again! Read the data sheets.  Prototyping for research is fine, but don’t blow your whole budget on bad purchases  Find an approved supplier who has a good price and satisfactory availability  REMEMBER: no state sales tax will be paid, so ensure that it is not included in your final price.

P Procedure (continued)  Complete a SD Support Ticket (link is available on the class Website)SD Support Ticket  Include a complete description of the part and other required info: qty, cost, etc.  Don’t forget shipping and handling charges.  Include the link to the cart item  Make sure you direct the ticket to me and your section (“Category” selection box)  I will make the purchase, update the ticket status and specify pick-up/delivery actions when I receive your part(s).
