Intuit Proprietary & Confidential Converting clients from QB Windows to QB Online From “I need Active X and Internet Explorer and this could take up to 48 hours” to “3 clicks in 3 minutes or less!” Available for the 4 latest versions of QuickBooks (2013, 2012, 2011, and 2010) by the 20th Lets users know what features they’ll miss when they convert – Users don’t need to do the research any more As always, nothing happens to your QB file when you import it into QBO. Your QB file remains unchanged. 7

Intuit Proprietary & Confidential QuickBooks Online Accountant FAQ 1.How to sign up 1.Accept an invitation from a QBO client or from the QBOA website (proadvisor.intuit.com/qboa) 2.How return to QBOA once you’ve signed up 1.Qboa.intuit.com Also, we will have a Login access for the existing customers on the QBOA website and other Intuit sites soon. 3.What is “My Company”? 1.It's a QBO Plus company that is included in QBOA and available to all accountants when they sign up to QBOA. We encourage accountants to use it for their own firm's books to get familiar with QBO and QBOA tools. 4.What happens to my ProAdvisor QBO company? 1.If you already have a QBO company through the ProAdvisor Program, you can continue using it but it is not available to new users because we now offer the free QBO Plus company when you sign up to QBOA. 5.Can we get more Client Data Review tools in QBOA? 1.This request is on our list and we will prioritize it against other requests we are getting from accounting professionals and address it according to the priority order. 6.Do my clients always have to add me as their Accountant user with the same email address? 1.Yes! To access all of your customers under one login/QBOA account, you must have the same email address associated with each customer. 7.How do I get support for QBOA? 1.QBOA users can call QBOA support - 888-333-3451 (Local support team). Self help is also available via Help menu on the QBOA Client List or from the Accountant Center in QBO 18

Intuit Proprietary & Confidential Recent updates to the ProAdvisor Program Get training and certification for Intuit’s cloud offerings! – Includes “badge” for QuickBooks Online for your website – Listed as a QBO expert on Find a ProAdvisor website (surpass your competitors!) – Will be updated twice a year, but these webinars will help you stay up to date for your clients.
