About Addresses - Some addresses are obvious but: Every member needs a registered ‘Ballot Address’ – It can be a Home or Workplace Address; Every member has a ‘Workplace Address’ – the address of their workplace as recorded in Commix; ‘Distribution Address’ - Is intended to allow Activists to add details such as “Union Room, 3 rd Floor” to the address of the building where they work; ‘Publishable Address’ – Is for Activists and populates the fields other members might see about you in their iM & in Directories; ‘Payment Address’ – Is where PCS Finance Dept last sent a ‘cheque’. These are primarily to assist PCS staff in their work but may help branches in particular tasks. Alternatively, your branch may seek a bespoke report to help you deal with a problem or branch issue. You can discuss your requirements with the membership department at PCS HQ who can help and advise you.
