FACILITY PROGRAM B. PROVIDERS overview The HIC/MT would serve many of the transportation providers noted as well as being a central connection intersection for the city of Houston. Even though each potential provider would need their own passenger and operational amenities, many could be shared such as waiting rooms, restrooms, information facilities, etc. Other needs such as repair and maintenance would be separated within each carrier.

LOCATION ANALYSIS location, location, location Zone A located at North of downtown Houston ranked the highest out of all alternative sites. Greatest number of connectivity to existing infrastructure as well as to proposed infrastructure. Best proximity to local ongoing activities sites. Greatest amount of vacant land

LOCATION ANALYSIS location, location, location Due to these two high-ranked sites, a new alternative complex was developed. Zone A1 alternative is a combined location complex through the use of Zone A and Zone B. ZONE B scored the second highest tier within the analysis ranking. The site (East Downtown) posses most of the same connectivity accessibilities as the primary Zone A.
