FINAL CHECK LIST Emphasize the contributions, achievements, and problem solving during your career Is the average sentence ten to twenty words? Are the paragraphs under five lines? Do your sentences begin with powerful action verbs? Did you weed out all jargon or industry slang? Did you avoid listing irrelevant responsibilities Have another set of eyes review your resume Rely on your professional network to advise you on your resume.
