5 Steps of making pastry 1.Dust both sides of 1 puff pastry sheet with flour. 2.Use a rolling pin to smooth out all sides of the pastry sheet. 3. Wipe off excess flour and pour the chilled apple sauté in the middle of the pastry sheet. 4.Make an egg wash with 1 egg and 2 Tbsp milk whisked together. Brush all sides of the pastry sheet with the egg wash.
