Nutrition is determining factor in the total help of the individual Good nutrition and its maintenance is basic to health Food is presented to a person the immediate concern is focused on how the food appeals to the palate rather than on the nutritional content.

It is essential that man should understand that the nutrients in food must utilized, to be able to get maximum nutritional benefits The practice of nutrition attempts to lead the world population to be a better and more sound nutritional well-being, relatively free of diseases and sound mental and physical growth

Low income of families w/c results to less food budget 3. low rate of food production w/c results to limited food supply 4. A big family size wherein there are more members to share the food with. 5. Poor eating habits and practices of the family.
