1. Indianapolis Children’s Choir Calendar Quick-Start Guide Alongside our website redesign, we have redesigned the calendar system to make communication easier and more efficient. Please take a moment to learn about the new ICC calendar features and navigation.

2. There are two different types of calendar: A general rehearsal calendar that does not include unique calendars for each choir… …and a unique calendar at the bottom each choir page that only has information for that specific choir!

3. We will learn about the calendar just for you!

4. At icchoir.org, click on the orange Singers & Families link.

5. Choir & Program Pages: Select your choir’s individual page

6. Once you’re on your individual choir’s page: Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the Calendar

7. Detail Sheets/More Information Click on the calendar item to pull up details about location and time and to find the detail sheet or flyer for that event.

8. You can also integrate this calendar into your own Google calendar. Click on the icon on the bottom right corner of the calendar, then click on the “Yes, add this calendar” button.* Clicking on the “No, do not add this calendar” will close out the choir calendar without adding it to yours. *Please note: You must be signed into your Google account to attempt the next three slides.

The individual choir calendar should now appear on your Google Calendar under “Other calendars”. 1.Click the drop down arrow next to “Other calendars” 2.Click “Settings” 3.Next, click on “Edit notifications” for the choir calendar Do you want automatic notifications when your choir calendar gets updated? 2. 3. 1.

10. You’re almost there! To complete the process, select the appropriate tick box to the right of New events and Changed events. You now have subscribed to your individual choir calendar and event notifications! Mobile phones may require some setup to receive notifications.
