How to: Access ANSTAT
2
What is ANSTAT? ANSTAT is a service we subscribe to that updates us about changes in legislation and regulations relevant to our industry. We receive updates every quarter via CD and these are loaded onto our Intranet by Operations.
3
What doesn’t ANSTAT do? ANSTAT does not interpret changes to legislation. IRT is a member of both Australian aged care associations, and part of the membership services include alerts to upcoming changes in legislation that may require us to review our policies and practices.
4
Other information Care (clinical) legislative updates are also summarised in the Phillips Fox Health Alert weekly updates that are posted on the IRT intranet under work and employee resources.
