1. Turn on laptop & scanner if necessary. Log In as a guest. Insert flash drive into available USB port. Open HP Solution Center if necessary.

2. Click the home option on bottom

3. Click the scan picture button

4. Open scanner lid. Insert picture upside down in right corner. Close lid. Select Picture to File (if necessary) then click the scan button.

5. Adjust Save Location Click Browse button Find flash drive directory Save in BizCom folder Deselect checkmark for use monthly subfolder Click OK button Change file name to: Past Self

6. Picture should scan onto computer. Be sure the dotted line is around your picture. Use tabs to adjust rotation, crop, lighten/darken, adjust color, or correct picture. When finished, click the finish button. Click done once scan is complete. Use tabs to modify picture

7. Web Cam Instructions Connect webcam if necessary to USB port Click on Start Button— Select My Computer Double-click USB Video Device Position yourself/camera/or monitor of laptop to fit into view Click the Take Picture Button Double-click to open Picture at bottom Click the Save Button Under Computer, find flash drive and save in BIZCOM folder as CURRENT SELF
