Other Notes We currently have three buses reserved for the trip, which means we have 150 trip spots for students. If interest exceeds 150, we will look at adding a forth bus. Payment Schedule – Initial deposits of $300.00 along with this “commitment” form are due into the main office no later then Friday November 6th, 2015. The office will only accept the combination of deposit and “commitment” form, being turned in at the same time. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. The second payment of $300.00 will be due in February 2016, and the balance will be due the beginning of April 2016. Dealing with large payments as such, we would prefer payments by cheque or money order.

Other Notes Additional student meetings will take place closer to the trip date (room assignments, final itinerary, expectations), and consent and medical forms will be sent home in the Spring. Information will be communicated to parents via email and the trip website tab on our Rocky Lake Junior High Webpage. There is a one to ten teacher to student chaperone ratio. Chaperones will be school staff. Parents will have my contact information prior to the trip in the event of an emergency during the trip.
9
Note About Refunds All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. We send deposits directly to the tour provider (Bon Vivant Educational Tours), so funds are not kept in a school account. The price of the trip is directly related to the number of participants, so fluctuations in participants causes the price to change as well. If your student is no longer able to participate, we will do our best to fill their spot on the trip with another student, at which point we can return any payments. If we are unable to fill that spot, a refund will not be possible.
