3 ICA – CET AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Coordinate and facilitate on-line learning activities for developing countries Establish a structure for the management of on-line learning to BSc level. Provide formal endorsement and accreditation of quality courses. Arrange formal agreements with universities providing on-line materials.
