You will ensure the S&OP cycle runs efficiently, facilitate best practice sharing inside the cluster and make sure we achieve and maintain the S&OP Class A The opportunity Work on the process for the Cluster and the respective Countries focusing on building, maintaining and improving a monthly cross-functional business cycle to deliver the agreed strategy and goals Contribute to the achievements of Cluster & Countries supply chain objectives, contribute to the EMEA Sales and Operations Planning process Questioning daily business to find new ways for process optimization and understand their impact in finance, production, sales and supply chain Support the local Demand Planning and Sales Operations teams in implementing the Assumption Based Planning process Duties & Responsabilities Build S&OP Organization with clear ownership per sub review and integrate numerous functional reviews into one business review / process. One set of numbers regarding business targets and performance to be used by all departments at Cluster & Country level Monitor output and deadlines periodically of all S&OP reviews at Cluster & Country level Measure S&OP KPI’s by monthly dashboards; set up and maintain year planning. Coordinate Root cause analysis and corrective actions where there is a gap to target. Therefor coordinate monthly S&OP meetings with action lists for responsible Cluster and respective countries Conduct quarterly internal S&OP Audits, designing and leading implementation of continuous improvement plans with the objective to reach or maintain S&OP Class A Status. Co-ordinate half year regional S&OP Audits. Report progress/issues on S&OP process to Supply chain responsible & VP SC Assist TBU Managers in achieving Forecasting objectives (bias/accuracy). Measure quality of Forecast Performance and report issues towards TBU Manager and Supply Chain Leader To join our team you will need: Education: High school diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related areas Languages: Fluency in English, any other language will be considered as asset Experience: Total work experience of 3-5 years, ideally in Demand Planning, S&OP or Sales Operations Knowledge and skills: Knowledge and understanding of relationship between Supply Chain and other business dimensions (like Finance, Sales, Production); Strong interpersonal & leadership skills, PC literacy, analytical skills, knowledge of financial instruments, ability to manage teams, ability to identify and modify problems and processes in difficult and complex environments, moderation skills across functions.
