What? The article is about when people exercise it helps their brain function better and stay healthy. Exercising is good for your mind and body. Why do we exercise? We exercise to not only to keep our body strong and healthy, but to help our brain grow and develop.

Fact and Opinion Fact: Exercising keeps the body healthy. Fact: Exercise benefits the brain throughout a person’s life. Opinion: I think you should exercise everyday. Opinion: Exercising helps your brain, so I think we should have more opportunities in school to exercise, for example, recess, P.E and sports.

Who? Where? The article is about everybody from young to old in every city and country of the world because each of us need to exercise our body and brain.

When? This article was written recently but scientists have been studying how exercising affects the brain in many different ways for over 20 years. Scientists will continue to study more about the brain in the future.

How? This story is important because when we exercise, our brain and bodies stay healthy. Babies need exercise to help their brains develop so they can learn to walk and talk. School-aged kids who exercise process information more quickly than kids who don’t. The elderly can help prevent Alzheimer’s disease by staying active.
