8.  Enrollment Packets due February 13 th  Turn in to English Teacher  Packets must be completely filled out and signed by the designated parties.  A failure to turn these forms in could result in your counselor choosing your schedule for you.

You must have:  20+ ACT or 3.0 GPA and be ranked in the upper 50% of the senior class.  Must enroll in 3 hour courses for high school credit.  Must have a concurrent application signed by your counselor.  May take one or two 3 hour courses at UCO.  Bring your counselor a receipt for class fees.
