3 MSSP Application- Section 4, Question 8 ACO Network Diagram, Governing Body, Committee Structure and Leadership Diagrams A3029 CPG Quality Care Alliance, LLC Operations Committees Duties: The operations committees are responsible for implementing ACO’s quality assurance and improvement programs, including reviewing and making recommendations to the ACO’s Board of Managers regarding the ACO’s quality assurance and improvement programs regarding processes to (a) promote evidence-based medicine, (b) promote patient engagement, (c) report on quality and cost measures, and (d) coordinate care. Quality & Care Coordination Committee Responsible for responsible for supporting and promoting the functions of ACO with a focus on efforts to promote evidence-based medicine and improved coordination of care provided across the continuum in order to improve health outcomes for beneficiaries.
