(Nursing Home) Problem- Lack of training among employees for proper body mechanics. Which resulted in several back injuries reported. Having personality and career assessment tests that help students find a directions towards there future goals. 2. There is a on-campus health facility that helps reduce illnesses among students. 3. Perhaps, we could increase the attention span of students by producing more comfortable seats in classrooms.
