Future Goals The primary goal of SWE BalloonSat is to launch Embry-Riddle’s first student-built satellite. BalloonSat is the one first steps in developing a reconfigurable payload capable of launching into space. Next steps expand the payload’s capabilities include a prototype orbital debris sensor
