Why is Adapted Physical Education Important Physical Education helps all students improve on the quality of their life Successful Adapted PE can lead to increased confidence and self esteem in students. The increased self-esteem can lead to success in other curriculum areas

Adapted Basketball Hoop Purpose: This adjustable hoop allows for students of all skill levels to practice the mechanics of shooting on a basketball goal. Conclusion The items listed in this presentation provide a clear opportunity to offer students with disabilities a quality and well rounded physical education experience Students without special needs could benefit from most if not all of the items listed.
