This Powerpoint-presentation is part of a series of four presentations. They were made by the Circle of Good Will for a series of public talks. Parvathi Kumar were used. www.good-will.ch

A Group Journey On the journey through life we don’t walk alone, we move in a group, in fact in many groups. There are countless groupings travelling on the planet and there undergoing their path of development. Not only in human kingdom, but also in the other kingdoms – in the kingdoms of minerals, plants, animals and the higher developed beings.
7
Part of Groupings We are always part of groupings, and they accompany us as fellows of our journey. Normally we don’t realize that we are part of a great movement of evolution. We only see our immediate surroundings and this we also often perceive only indistinctly. But we are surrounded by many kinds of groupings, with which we connected and which accompany us.
8
The Travel Equipment The body alone consists of innumerable groupings of organs, tissues, and cells. They form the vehicle with which we travel through live and of which we have to take care. The numerous things around us are part of the travel equipment, which live has put to our disposal. We normally take them for granted, but they are important for our path. They belong to the totality of be-ness, of which we are a part.
9
Individualization In the process of his individualization man has separated himself from the whole in the course of the ages. He has learned to see himself as an individual, no longer as a part of the whole. Today individualism has become very strong. Especially in the West man has developed a very strong mind and a strong personality.
10
Separation The result is: We do not feel ourselves anymore integrated and supported by the greater whole, but isolated and separated. Opinions and interests are more important than love of the whole. The individual pride makes it difficult for men to integrate into a community, a group. In a group some would like to stand out, manage and control it. This is a great challenge for the integration of the group.
11
Agreement It is a matter of conducting one’s work in accordance with the whole and not to encounter others in an aggressive and dominant way. Thus we learn to grow close to the others, to include their views and also to express our own views in a way so that they don’t hurt anybody. Cordiality builds up right group relations.
12
The Training Centre Through the people with whom we live close together, we are forced to accept viewpoints, even if we don’t share them. Therefore the family is the best training centre for the spiritual journey.
13
Rounding Off The rough edges and flaws of our personality are polished until we are round, that means well balanced. Then the personality becomes a cut diamond through which the light can radiate.
14
Fellow Travellers In the rarest cases we have selected ourselves the people with whom we are together on our journey, but it is no accident who the fellows are. They come together according to the law of resonance: With disharmonic relations charged with tensions we are together, because we learn together and from each other – learn to adapt, to cooperate, to support or receive support.
15
The Program of the Others Esteem and respect for the program of the others is of essential importance. We should not think we know what is the program of the other soul. It is a basic spiritual law not to teach or consult others without being asked, and not to impose on others what we are following. It might be that their program doesn’t contain that which is in our program.
16
Making One’s Own Experiences When we love our co-souls, we respect their free will and give them the space to make their own experiences. And when someone wants to make his experience somewhere else, he can decide for himself if and when he goes away. There is only a going-together of people who have a similar thought. With a river flowing its way to the ocean, other waters can join in and stream together or also flow away again.
17
One’s Own Behaviour On the journey we meet fellow travellers, where the relations are difficult. The people are what they are, they cannot but behave according to their own nature. The spiritual journey demands that we are deeply concerned about our own behaviour and not of that of the others.
18
Normal Temperament We don’t have to let ourselves be disturbed or unbalanced by the behaviour of the others. This is also called “normal temperament”. It means that we don’t feel discomfort, in whoever’s company we are. As souls we are brothers, as personalities however otherwise.
19
Steps of the Journey The wise ones never look upon people as bad, but that some have just started their journey and that they themselves were like these, when they did not yet know the whole route.
20
Setting Off When we realize our inner goal in life and also follow it persistently, we will slowly gather friends around us, who follow similar goals and who work according to the same guidelines. The things around us will slowly change.
21
Following our Goal In the beginning we have to set off alone and to give ourselves a deep push. For a while it might look as if the people who surround us don’t understand us at all. They might also give little good comments about us. But we should follow our goal.
22
The Real Fellow Travellers Slowly those who are critically-minded towards us or who laugh about us will fall away. Instead we will meet thoughts who follow the same goal as we do. Thus we then find our real fellow travellers and the group formation on the soul plane. We give each other power and support on the path. After all we eventually find a guide who knows how to guide our journey.
23
Accepting Responsibility In a group there are persons who remain only visitors and others who accept responsibility. By committing ourselves and assuming responsibility we begin to work as fellows with the group. There is always something we can take, if we are attentive. We should not wait to be asked to do a work, but try to do something what is helpful for others, without waiting for recognition.
24
Work in a Group A normal, well-balanced person does not attract neither too much nor to little work. We try to give our best, with pure intention, and while working remove our selfish motives. The work in a group should not remain confined to it, but cause a noticeable manifestation in the outer and expand to a social activity.
25
Group Energy The measure of service to the surrounding life decides the measure of depth we reach. The group energy is of great help for our meditation. A flow of energy is being created, and we are getting recharged. We can experience more easily a higher consciousness and a greater presence of the Spirit.
26
Co-Operating We come together for group livings in order to unite in consciousness and to join with the inner light. When the taste of subjective life grows, the spirit of being together becomes stronger and the power of the lower nature decreases. In co-operation there happens a grouping of personalities – not through logic and argumentation, but through the joint focus. It is not a gathering of heads, but of hearts.
27
Constructing the Temple When each one of us adds his stone to the building, an energetic temple is being constructed in a group living, in which the One can live.
28
Meeting of the Hearts Then the words of Christ come true for us: Where there are two or three are gathered in My Name, meet with their hearts and where there is a loving understanding, there I Am amidst them. I manifest at the point where the hearts meet.”
