2 The Junior Project During your Junior Year in CatTracks, you will need to choose one way to demonstrate learning about a college and career choice. You may choose the project that fits best with your academic and personal goals. These Choices Are:

3 Job Shadow Product Design Career Research Professional Certification Volunteer Experience With Permission, choose a professional to “Shadow” at their place of work for a set number of hours, interview that individual, and record your findings. Identify a specific need and develop and design a product that could be marketed, distributed, and sold. Create a prototype or visual, and record your experience during the design process. Choose a specific career you are interested in pursuing. Research qualifications expectations, and other specific details related to the career and record your findings. Take a specific course or courses that will result in licensure or certification in a specific professional responsibility. Examples: Electrician C.N.A. Forklift operator With Permission, volunteer at a professional workplace, record your hours as well as your observations about the career.
