8. 8 Promotion of NGF NNC Techcom approved the “Ten Kumainments” and Mang Moi concept FOCI (consultant) still to develop and produce the IEC materials Once available, materials to be provided to regions for dissemination using local media funds and contracts from 2013 regional NGF promotional funds

9. 9 Local media campaign Allocation at Php750k per region except Region 1 at Php1M Regions to prepare local media plan and submit to Central Office by end of January Include reproduction/airing of Ten Kumainments materials Guidelines still to be updated
