Social Analytics 5 major functions  Presence Shows every device detected by ATN APs Client device need to turn on WIFI but not necessary to connect to SSID  Demographics Shows the login methods, gender and ages of the client Client device must/had connect to ATN APs  Profiles Shows the social media information from client Client device must/had connect to ATN APs  Engagement Shows the client device around the Aps Client device no need to connect to any SSID  Wi-fi Usage Shows the WIFI usage of the client Must connect to ATN APs

Other functions  Under Admin menu, Four more functions are available Server -Provide the sync function with one or more AMC -The default sync time is 8AM. Once a day only. Logs -Provide log report generation. -Three reports are available: Audit, Wifi Access and SMS logs Setting -Provide Email and Conversion thresholds settings -Default RSSI thresholds is -70dBm and 5min in duration Third Party Integration -Export the social analytics to 3 rd party server in HTML method
