4. Paper 3: Listening & Integrated Skills (30%) approximately 2 hrs Part A: Compulsory Listening tasks (15%) Part B: Choose ONE (15 %) Section 1 (easy) Section 2 (difficult) Process information, select and combine data from listening and reading materials to complete listening or writing task in a practical work or study situation. At least ONE writing task of 100-200 words.

5. Paper 4: Speaking (10%) Part 1: Group Discussion Preparation time: 10 minutes Discussion time: 8 minutes Part 2: Individual Response Immediately, no preparation time Time limit: 1 minute

6. School-based Assessment (15%) Part A (10%) read and view 4 texts (Print/Non- print Fiction/Non-fiction) write log with summaries, comments and reflections Give individual presentations (S4 – 5) take part in group discussions (S6)

7. Part B (5%) based on the 3 electives (Learning English through Short Stories, Sports Communication and Workplace Communication) keep good learning portfolios give individual presentations (S5) take part in group discussions (S6)
