Final Year Reminders Find all information about your programme on the Undergraduate Online Handbook - https://ughandbook.portals.mbs.ac.uk/Home.asp x. https://ughandbook.portals.mbs.ac.uk/Home.asp x Register on your programme and pay your fees. You will be charged a late fee if you don’t do this by the end of September. Make your final course choices by 9 October 2015. You need 120 credits, 60 of which should be defined as ‘international’.

Final Year Reminders With the large range of course choices, bear in mind that timetable clashes are inevitable. Prerequisite Rule: you won’t be allowed to take courses that you haven’t taken the pre-requisite courses for during your second year at MBS. Courses taken on exchange cannot count as pre- requisites. And…pre-requisite courses must be passed at first attempt at 40% or more (not by a compensated fail).

Final Year Reminders How will your degree classification be calculated? Year 1: Zero Year 2: 0.33% Year 3: Zero – your third year abroad is graded pass/fail and is not included in the final degree classification Year 4: 0.67%

Final Year Reminders Finally… Attend all classes. Prepare for all classes. Make use of C11 Study Room to practice presentations. Remember the rules on academic malpractice and plagiarism. Get help if you need it: your Academic Advisor, Course Coordinators, your Programme Director or the Programme Team in D20.

Things to do! Make contact with the Disability Support Office if you need support. Complete the National Student Survey when it opens in February 2016. Consider becoming a Student Rep for your final year. Attend the International Fair – Wednesday 21 October to advise second year IM/IMABS students. There will be food and drinks… Support and attend MBS International Society events.
