3. What is OPEXShare? A new Cloud-based web platform designed for collecting and sharing operating experience – Captures many different types of content – Provides user friendly viewing – Promotes direct user data entry and real-time sharing

Migration In 2013 the Hanford Site migrated from Hanford Information and Lessons Learned Sharing (HILLS) OPEXShare. – Added functionality to improve user interface and collaboration – Mobile friendly – Improved administrator functionality including public/private setting – Enables larger user community

5. IT Platform OPEXShare is written in cold Fusion with a MS- SQL database backend. Login ID's and passwords are database encrypted. Four levels of application access exist, User, Content Admin, Site Admin, and Super Admin. Each with a defined application role and access level
