Background NL-TK: slow increase in subsidiarity checks Last yrs: 2010: 3 (2 RO),2011:4, 2012: 5 (4 RO), 2013: 6 (5 RO) 2014: 2 (1RO): IORP, biological production NL government: subsidiarity exercise in June 2013. List of principles and EU- proposals which should be dealt with on national level.

Ahead in Europe In 2013-2014, rapporteur on democratic legitimacy, René Leegte Objective: reach broadly based standpoint on current issues, in particular relating to role of NP’s in EU decisionmaking. Input pol parties, internet-consultation, position paper, debate with gvt,third parties (NP, MEP, Eur inst), report. Presented results on 9 May 2014
