2 The Promise of Integrity Management What could possibly be wrong with a system to identify risks, create plans to measure and mitigate those risks, conduct ongoing testing to see how plans and mitigation is working, adapt plans to new information, repeat? We think it is so great we have been pushing to expand beyond the 6% of Natural Gas Transmission pipelines, and the 48% of Hazardous Liquid Pipelines currently covered.

3 What I hope we can answer in this session is why the performance does not live up to the promise?
