2. Welcome to KEK, Tsukuba, Japan The meeting place of CALICE 2015 Spring was originally planed as Kyushu-U, and changed to KEK, where ALCWS2015 is held. This meeting is held as a part of an “omnibus” Regional Linear Collider Workshop. This is a new attempt for us, and we may face new troubles that we have not experienced… but LET’S TRY.

6. CALICE meeting, 20 th April (Mon) The schedule is very tight. The meeting should be completed strictly by 18:30 today. The SB meeting is held in the Room 425 (4F) of the 3 rd Bldg. Lunchboxes are prepared in the room. I am collecting the tickets. Alexey, Francois, Imad, Roman. The meeting dinner will start at 19:15. Shuttle bus service is prepared twice, departing KEK for the restaurant at 18:35 and 18:55.
