Sam Houston MSTC Sam Houston MSTC is a four year comprehensive high school from grades 9th through 12th that offers educational services in all core areas. Sam Houston MSTC offers Advanced Placement and Dual Credit courses to challenge our students. Sam Houston MSTC has a Newcomers’ Program focused on English language acquisition.
