Ask your child about extra credit options: Reading related books—look at the lending library in Room 217! Send in related newspaper articles! Encourage independent research on matters which come up in class all the time! Send in photos from trips ! Check out my teacher website!!!!

Donate a decorated tissue box! The assignment sheet is available on my teacher website: decorate for Latin or German anytime during the cycle!

Latin Club meets on Mondays and Tuesdays! Starts in October same week as German Club! Meets all year long until March when students can take the National Exploratory Latin Exam—flyer to come home soon and to be posted on webpage! Exam takers all get ribbons—some certificates or medals! All can benefit from enhancement of English vocabulary and general knowledge!
