ORR PROCESSING Inputs received from measurer – Initial review of data – Request missing items from measurer – Measurement Inventory / Sail certificates / Owner details / Payment details Open existing boat record or create new boat – Thorough review of input data – Enter measurement data – Follow up with measurer, owner, sail maker as needed All data complete and entered – Initial run of VPP – If boat weighed, offsets adjusted to match the displacement to the weight – Vcg moment calculation for ORR trim condition with Measurement Inventory data – Displacement calculation for ORR trim condition with Measurement Inventory data – Freeboards adjusted for ORR trim condition Final VPP run and comparison to other boats in class Final verification by Chief Measurer Payment Processed Certificate ready to issue
