2. Between 14 th and 15 th of June 2012, „Septimiu Muresan” Police School Cluj-Napoca hosted the second meeting of BIA Project coordination group.

3. All the three partners involved in the project were present and also two guests from the National Agency (ANPCDEFP): - Romanian Police General Inspectorate – police superintendent Camelia Dâncă, chief of European Affairs, Programs and International Relations Office, has represented the project manager, being accompanied by police inspector Andreea Cernăzeanu - asistent manager ; - Bereitschaftspolizeiprasidium Baden-Wurttemberg: police chief superintendent Hans-Jorg BARTH – coordinator of the German experts; - Országos Rendőr-főkapitányság : police captain Laszlo GYORI - representing the Hungarian partner; - from ANPCDEFP, Mrs. Adriana Sfetcu and Mr. Mihai Caramihai.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION  Study visits in Hungary and Germany (25 th - 30 th of June and 2 nd - 7 th of July 2012);  Research on stress management and shooting training (9 th of July - 15 th of September 2012);  Methodology on stress management, Manual on shooting training and Curricula for training courses (15 th of September -30 th of November 2012);  Training the trainers (3 rd -12 th of December 2012);  Theoretical classes for police agents (17 th of December 2012 – 1 st of February 2013);  Practical training for police agents (11 th - 23 rd of February 2013);  Antistress Guide (17 th of December 2012 – 1 st of March 2013).
