Recipe 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3-5 Thai chili pepper, minced 1 teaspoon sugar 2 shallots, thinly sliced 1 lime 1/3cupgreen mango 2 tablespoons fish sauce ½ lb catfish ¼ cup cashew Crispy catfish green mango salad Fry fish then add ingredients as stated. Serve’s as an appetizer
