3 EVITherM - WP4 23.04.2003 Database Measurement Technique Measurement techniques and there representation -- Stationary techniques (LNE, ZAE), -- transient techniques (IPSAS, LNE, ZAE -- micro/nano-scale techniques (?), -- subsecond techniques (IMGC) -- el. resistivity (IKE, IMGC), calculation of thermal conductivity -- heat flow (TNO) -- photo thermal methods for thin film thermal conductivity-measurements (IMFI) Define criteria to select the optimum measurement technique -- sample geometry -- temperature range -- type of materials, macroscopic structure -- geographical location -- qualification -- publications of the pre-selected laboratory
