Since our last meeting in May… Met with both AG and ENV Refined Master Plan Scenario 2 based on comments Developed Space Needs Analysis + Preliminary Assessment Confirmed parking, circulation, and road capacities for the Master Plan Advanced open space structure, pedestrian circulation, and development sites Incorporated CLA replacement into the plan 2 2

MEETINGS (06/3/10) College of Agriculture / College of Environmental Design College of Agriculture Desire to organize land into an “Ag Corridor” Desire for a Multi-functional Animal Care Facility Need “home room” for Animal Sciences Want to expand community outreach component Primary Issue: Ag Valley, Northeast Quadrant, Spadra Farm becoming special use without identified replacement land College of Environmental Design College’s space needs: more quantity and better quality Faculty split on merits of future expansion in campus core vs. construction of a new facility next to IDC site Interest in Sustainability as a major plan component Primary Issue: Consolidate departments or continue to disperse throughout campus 3 3
