© 2003 PTC 6 Instructor Responsibilities Attendance Run “Class Sign-In Sheet” report (OPTIONAL) Mark attendance in system on first day of class Report unexpected students ASAP (before lunch on first day): Phone 888-782-3773 (get customer on phone with call center!) Alternatively, e-mail Sam Sanchez (ssanchez@ptc.com) or Jan Bauer (jbauer@ptc.com)ssanchez@ptc.comjbauer@ptc.com l Include all student info: First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address (IMPORTANT!), Fax, Phone,Company Name, and Company Address Report no-shows using standard attendance function Mark remaining days’ attendance: Each day as it comes All at once (on last day of class)

© 2003 PTC 7 Instructor Responsibilities (cont’d) Evaluations Create New Evaluation 1. Name – (e.g., Complex Milling – 1/5/03) 2. Questionnaire External ILT (EN) 3. Send to current list of respondents and new learners UPON REGISTERING/ORDERING 4. Add respondents.

© 2003 PTC 8 Instructor Responsibilities (cont’d) Evaluations (cont’d) Encourage students to complete evaluation 1. Learner will receive e-mail notification when evaluation is assigned. 2. Learner accesses evaluation through “My Evaluations” link on main page. 3. Learner must first accept or decline the evaluation. 4. After accepting, learner may elect to complete the evaluation anonymously. 5. Preferably, have learner complete the evaluation on last day of class. Otherwise, have him/her complete it when he/she regains internet access.

Close after 14 days, regardless of completion status.
