ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QEEE COORDINATORS One point contact for communication- Must transfer all information conveyed to stakeholders at college Ensure infrastructure set up, connectivity and testing is completed well in advance Register college to topics, integrate QEEE timetable with the academic calendar followed in the college Identify local faculty responsible for handling respective live class, bridge programs and labs. Register them to the respective course packs with support from sys admin.

7. Coordinate with system admin and familiarize the local faculty in handling the QEEE software Work with college authorities to devise a way to integrate QEEE grades with overall grades Collect feedback from college end and participate in Feedback Meeting QEEE COORDINATORS

8. LOCAL FACULTY - LIVE CLASS & BRIDGE PROGRAMS Work in collaboration with IIT Faculty to finalize topic Enroll and register students to the course pack Ensure regular attendance and participation of students in QEEE Engage interaction between IIT faculty and students during a live class Ensure students complete quiz and uploads assignments within mentioned time frame Grade the uploaded assignments within a week of upload by students Provide feedback and collect feedback from students

9. Keep Institute server reachable from QEEE cloud server at all times Maintain 2Mbps connectivity to the server Keeps audio and video settings properly during live interactions Install and maintain DTH setup SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS

10. PRINCIPAL AND HOD’S WILL BE KEPT IN LOOP FOR ANY COMMUNICATION WITH COLLEGES

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA STUDENTS Attempt quiz within the available time frame Submission of Assignments within the prescribed time Attend Proctored exam Use discussion forum in CP to share ideas and post queries LOCAL FACULTY Register students to the QEEE platform, before the session start date 100% college attendance in live class for all sessions of the topic Encourage students to take quiz Grade assignments uploaded in the course pack, within 7 working days of the last submission date for students Fix slot for proctored exam in discussion with QEEE COORDINATOR Ensure that the college mandatorily attends the registered topics Ensure that the system admin registers local faculty to the respective topics Proper communication to be maintained and percolated to stakeholders

12. EXPECTED COURSEWORK -APPLIES TO ALL Every session is likely to have a Quiz & Assignment After the final session of a particular topic, the proctored quiz will be scheduled for 15 days Colleges can choose their appropriate time in these 15 days to conduct the proctored quiz The topic is considered closed from the last session date to the next 15 calendar days within which the students have to complete quiz, assignment, feedback &proctored exam. Grading of assignments & faculty feedback to be completed by these 15 days Beyond this, any kind of extension/change of date will not be entertained for whatsoever reason
