3 What is targeted behavioral advertising? A technique used by online publishers and advertisers to increase the effectiveness of their campaigns. The idea is to observe a user’s online behavior and offer the most relevant advertisements according to their behavior.

4 Where can Targeted Behavioral Advertising be found? Twitter Facebook YouTube Google Latome and Revenue Science are two main companies offering targeted behavioral advertising.

5 Privacy Concerns: Federal Trade Commission believes that Behavioral targeted advertising is a violation of privacy. Consumers are losing control over their own information. FTC
