What is targeted behavioral advertising? A technique used by online publishers and advertisers to increase the effectiveness of their campaigns. The idea is to observe a user’s online behavior and offer the most relevant advertisements according to their behavior.

Where can Targeted Behavioral Advertising be found? Twitter Facebook YouTube Google Latome and Revenue Science are two main companies offering targeted behavioral advertising.

Privacy Concerns: Federal Trade Commission believes that Behavioral targeted advertising is a violation of privacy. Consumers are losing control over their own information. FTC
