Prototypes – directly relevant to weapon systems (including C4ISR, Cyber Security, etc.) may involve adaptation, integration, testing of new or commercial items to a military weapons system of systems. SOSSEC Consortium’s OTA with the Army (ARDEC and ACC-NJ) at Picatinny NJ is for Prototypes

SOSSEC SOSSEC is a broadly based industry consortium
dedicated to improving our nation’s ability to detect, intervene, respond to and recover from any and all threats on the Homeland. SOSSEC focuses on coordinated planning/execution, research, development and prototype efforts in support of Homeland Defense, Homeland Security, Force Protection, Critical Infrastructure and Key Resource Protection, Cyber Warfare/Security, Data Mining, Information Assurance, Sensors, Soldier as a platform and weapon system improvement technologies, sustainment operations, C4ISR systems and related technologies.
