4. African Centre for Statistics Agenda: Time Allocation Everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Four sessions each day: two in the morning and two in the afternoon. Each session has 1 hour and 15 minutes. Unless specified in the agenda, please limit each presentation to 15-20 minutes which applies to all presenters. Two coffee/tea break each day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each coffee/tea break has 30 minutes: –10:15-10:45 (a.m.) and –3:15-3:45 (p.m.). Lunch break: two hours from 12:00-14:00 p.m.
